Christmas crunchtime for postal carriers

CNN went to the national command headquarters for the U.S. Postal Service.
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Postal Service expects the holiday season to be its busiest ever.
It has added 100 planes to handle the extra load, and 600 million pieces of mail are expected to criss-cross the country this season.
