USTI NAD LABEM, Czech Republic (CNN) -- A decade ago, the Berlin Wall came down, symbolizing new freedom to citizens of Eastern bloc countries. But for the Gypsies, the prejudices that were kept in check during communist rule were again let loose against them. A group that has wandered Europe for centuries is now confronted with new barriers.
