WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Texas Gov. George W. Bush continued his assault Thursday on the tax-cut plan of his main GOP rival, Arizona Sen. John McCain, asserting that the plan actually raises taxes on working Americans. The McCain camp says such criticisms aren't based on facts.
