WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The first test of the two Democratic presidential candidates has come and gone, with Vice President Al Gore besting former New Jersey Sen. Bill Bradley 66 to 35 percent in the Iowa caucuses.
It won't get any easier for Bradley in the coming weeks. After the New Hampshire primary on Feb. 1, Bradley will have to gird himself for the March 7 motherload of state primaries, followed by the March 14 Super Tuesday primary.
CNN's Judy Woodruff takes at a look at the long road to the August Democratic National Convention, and what Bradley and Gore must achieve in order to secure their party's nomination.
