Video: Steve Forbes, we hardly knew yeWASHINGTON (CNN) -- A senior aide to Republican presidential hopeful Steve Forbes confirmed for CNN on Wednesday that the millionaire publisher will officially withdraw from the 2000 race Thursday. He will not endorse anyone else for the time being. The move follows Forbes' disappointing third-place finish in the Delaware primary on Tuesday. CNN National Correspondent Bruce Morton takes a look at Forbes' political fortunes and how he failed to invigorate the electorate.
