Video: Heading to the polls in Puerto Rico

PUERTO RICO (CNN) -- On November 7, more than half of the eligible voters in the United States will not cast ballots.

That is not the case in the U.S. commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where the vast majority of citizens will go to the polls on Election Day.

Why the difference? CNN's Maria Hinojosa went to Puerto Rico to find out.
