WASHINGTON (CNN) -- From Washington to Tallahassee, the focus this week was squarely on legal -- not political -- manuevers. In county, state and federal courts, lawyers and judges waded into the politically charged fray.

Can someone step in and impose some order? That would be wonderful. And that person would also earn the Political Play of the Week, according to CNN Senior Political Analyst Bill Schneider.
