HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam -- It's been 25 years since the end of the war between the United States and Vietnam. The governments of the two countries have moved on, with delegates of veterans and corporate leaders looking for ways to strengthen economic ties. But for a group of Buddhist monks in Vietnam, one symbol of the war will never fade.
