Ball Park Brands recalls hot dogs

(CNN) -- Ball Parks Brands is recalling about 34,500 pounds of hot dogs that may be contaminated with listeria, the USDA announced over the weekend. Ball Park is a division of Sara Lee Corp.

Recalled products include one pound packages of Ball Park Beef Franks and one pound packages of Ball Park Franks make with beef, pork or turkey. Affected packages have the date code APR03 EST 12PAB.

The recalled products were packaged on January 25 and distributed in Florida, Missouri, New York, Virginia, Ohio, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Delaware, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Maryland.

The USDA has not received any reports of illness linked to the franks.
