Baking a cookie business on the Web
GRANADA HILLS, California (CNN) -- Bonnie Barth has cracked eggs, mixed batter and baked cookies for 17 years, and her hard work has yielded a successful cookie and gift basket business. Although not much has changed about how she bakes over the years, the way she sells her confections has. Traditionally, Barth sold her goods through her catalog. But she recently decided to expand her business to the Internet. Armed with an updated Web site that allows customers to point and click their way into a cookie jar, visitors can order their favorite sweets on line -- some at a discount. Click on the box at right to see CNN's Casey Wian tell us how Bonnie plans to whip up more business in cyberspace. RELATED SITES: bonniescookies.com
