| Garnish your chile dish with Red Chile Sauce or Mojo Sauce
Red Chile SauceIngredients:
Saute onion and garlic until soft in margarine. Add tomatoes and chile arbol. Season with white pepper, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer few minutes. Check seasoning. Mojo Sauce
Ingredients:
Puree garlic, oregano, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a blender. Strain into small bowl. Mix. Return to blender. Add oil and water to the mixture with the motor running until it thickens to the consistency of hollandaise sauce. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
