(CNN) -- In the wake of the latest school shooting, defense attorney Roy Black joined CNN Legal Analyst Greta Van Susteren to discuss whether children who commit serious crimes should be treated and punished as adults.
Black argues that kids like the 13-year-old honor student who allegedly shot and killed his teacher in Lake Worth, Florida, shouldn't be sentenced to death or life in prison.
Viewers responded by phone and email when the program aired Tuesday, May 30, on CNN NewsStand.
