Java and jive at Leon's big band coffee house
LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- It's toast and jam sessions every Wednesday morning at Leon's coffee house in the San Fernando Valley.
Performers who had their heyday with Benny Goodman, Woody Herman and other impresarios of big-band orchestras are serving up musical memories at the restaurant.
They've a developed a following of regulars ... and decaf.

"What I really appreciate is the expertise of these guys," one patron says. "They are absolutely incredible musicians, some of the best in the world."
CNN's Gloria Hillard dropped by Leon's for a cup of coffee and side of swing.
