CNN's Brooks Jackson reports on the payroll deductions in store for Americans in the new year.
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Workers getting their first Y2K paycheck may notice some changes. The federal government is readjusting deductions -- and, in some cases, that's good news.
It all depends on what you do for a living and how much you make.
