NEW YORK (CNN) -- It's not enough that we wear clean clothes. A home products giant thinks we ought to wash our fruit, too.

Procter & Gamble, makers of Tide and Cheer, is introducing a mass-market detergent designed to rid fruits and vegetables of dirt, wax and fingerprints.

It's safe, it's natural and best of all -- hey, I can see myself in this bunch of bananas.
