Plane pierces terminal wall at Newark airport
No passengers on board Continental jetNEWARK, New Jersey (CNN) -- A parked Continental Airlines MD-80 airplane lurched forward unexpectedly Wednesday morning at Newark International Airport, causing the nose of the plane to poke through a terminal wall. Police said six maintenance workers were slightly injured. No passengers were on board the plane when the incident occurred at Terminal C about 5 a.m. Police had no details on why the plane lurched forward.
