Preparing for winter's high heating costs
MILLBURN, New Jersey -- Dwindling stockpiles and tight supplies worldwide are expected to raise the price of heating oil and natural gas by as much as 50 percent this winter. The United States imports more than half of its oil and reduced production worldwide already has driven crude oil prices to 10-year highs this summer. CNN Correspondent Deborah Feyerick reports on one New Jersey man's plan to keep his heating bills down.
