Bomb injures landscaper at Oregon ballpark

PORTLAND, Oregon (Reuters) -- A small bomb exploded at a minor league baseball stadium Monday causing minor injuries to the landscaper who uncovered it, police in Portland, Oregon said.

Police sent a bomb squad to PGE Stadium, formerly Portland Civic Stadium, and rescue workers tended to the landscaper's hand and chest injuries, public information officer Mike Hefley of the Portland Police Bureau said.

Police had no other information on the device or the groundskeeper.

"He was cleaning up," Hefley said. "I assume he was outside."
