This comes on top of four people killed and two seriously wounded in separate attacks over the weekend in the town of Seilunga 15 km (nine miles) from the Bie provincial capital of Kuito. UNITA, the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola, has been waging a 25-year battle against Luanda following the country's independence. The war kas killed about one million and displaced millions more.
