| Virtual reality candidate joins U.S. presidential race
HUERTH, Germany (CNN) -- Move over Al Gore and George W. Bush, you have competition from overseas. A virtual woman threw her hat into the U.S. presidential race on Tuesday -- a virtual reality woman, that is. And it's no coincidence that her creators chose Independence Day to present her to the world. Jackie Strike is an interactive Web site, created by the German technology sector to attract U.S. business and investment.
Jackie's attraction is that her technology can be applied to E-commerce, market research and psychological counseling for children. But she also takes stands on some of the campaign issues affecting U.S. voters.
