| Soldiers investigated over Kosovo shootings
LONDON, England -- Three British paratroopers are facing an investigation into the death of two ethnic Albanians in Kosovo last year, the UK Ministry of Defence has confirmed. But a spokesman denied reports that the paratroopers had been charged over the incident. The soldiers, from the 1st Battalion of the Parachute Regiment, allegedly shot two men during a Kosovo Albanian victory parade in Pristina on July 3 last year. UK newspaper reports said Fahri Bici, 20, and Avni Dudi, 24, were believed to be members of the Kosovo Liberation Army. A Ministry of Defence spokesman told CNN.com: "I can confirm that no one has been charged. "An investigation into this matter is ongoing and the evidence is being examined to see if there are any charges to answer."
