| Turkish police seize 69 kg of heroinISTANBUL, July 22 (Reuters) -- Turkish police said on Saturday they had seized 69 kilograms (152 pounds) of heroin in the commercial capital Istanbul. The heroin, estimated to be worth some $1.5 million, was seized in three separate raids during the past four days, a police spokesman said. Police said they confiscated one 42-kg cache of heroin that had come from Iran and was bound for Europe during the operations.
