| Egypt road collision leaves 13 people dead, 8 injuredCAIRO, Egypt (Reuters) -- Thirteen people died and eight others were injured on Sunday when a bus and minibus collided on a south Egyptian road and plunged into an irrigation canal, security sources said. The public bus was traveling south when it crashed into the oncoming minibus near the town of Abu Qurqas in southern Minya province, 225 kilometers (140 miles) south of Cairo, on a stretch of road known for traffic accidents.
