Mitsubishi Motors to recall more carsTOKYO, Japan (Reuters) -- Japan's fourth-biggest automobile maker, Mitsubishi Motors Corp, said on Thursday it is recalling 203,635 cars in Japan, estimating the recall costs at four billion yen ($32.45 million). The ailing automaker also exported about 46,000 defective cars mainly to Europe. It said it would recall those vehicles in each country in accordance with local regulations. The recall is estimated to cost 300 million yen, it said. Last year, Mitsubishi Motors recalled about one million cars after admitting a decade-long cover-up of defects that should have been reported to the Transport Ministry. Mitsubishi Motors is owned 37.3 percent by DaimlerChrysler AG. Reuters contributed to this report. RELATED SITES:
