Latin Americans targeted!NEW YORK (CNNfn) - StarMedia, the Internet media company that targets Spanish and Portuguese speaking audiences, has received $36 million in investments from BellSouth, Primedia and JP Morgan Partners to create a multipurpose portal in Latin America.
New York-based StarMedia(STRM: Research, Estimates)said that, through the deal, the company will create portals with BellSouth throughout the region.
