CNN's Greta Van Susteren explains the legal process in the White House shooting incident
WASHINGTON -- The man shot outside the White House grounds after allegedly waving a handgun faces a number of possible charges in connection with the incident. The U.S. Secret Service says an agent shot the man in the leg Wednesday after trying to convince him to put down his weapon and surrender. The gunman has been identified as Robert Pickett, 47, of Evansville, Indiana. CNN Legal Analyst Greta Van Susteren explains what legal steps authorities may take against Pickett.
