Best man Michael Jackson late for wedding

LONDON, England -- At least it wasn't his own wedding.

Michael Jackson arrived two hours late to a ceremony where self-described "paranormalist" Uri Geller and his wife, Hannah, renewed their wedding vows.

Jackson, 42, was best man. The event took place Wednesday at Geller's riverside mansion in Sonning, west of London.

More than 100 guests, including Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart, sipped glasses of bubbly as they waited for Jackson to arrive, according to sources at the party.

"We had the reception before the wedding. That made it a bit unusual," said guest Edwin Clein, the Lord Mayor of Liverpool. "That was Michael's fault."

And what did the Late One have to say for himself? At last report, nothing.

Schwarzenegger won't kill political rumors

LOS ANGELES, California -- Will he, or won't he?

Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn't seems anxious to say definitively that he's not going to run for governor of California.

A day after saying Schwarzenegger wouldn't try next year for the office held by Democratic Gov. Gray Davis, publicist Jill Eisenstadt said Wednesday her client's mind "is not made up," and that Schwarzenegger will decide in the next couple of months.

The action-adventure star, a Republican, whet conservative appetites a month ago when he told a Los Angeles Times columnist that the governor's job held a certain appeal.

On Tuesday, Eisenstadt said the "timing's not right" for the action star, claiming that Schwarzenegger had family and film obligations preventing him from running for public office next year.

Schwarzenegger is married to Maria Shriver, daughter of Eunice Kennedy Shriver.

Gabrielle Reece, hubby: Good looks, bad marriage

LOS ANGELES, California -- It's game over for Gabrielle Reece and Laird Hamilton.

Reece, a model and professional beach volleyball player, and Hamilton, a professional surfer, are divorcing after three years of marriage. Reece cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The divorce petition was filed Wednesday. The couple separated January 20.

Reece's modeling career began in 1989 when she played volleyball at Florida State University.

Hamilton, who is from Hawaii, is a professional surfer who in 1996 was voted one of People magazine's 50 "most beautiful people."

Exotic dancer: 'Rocky' assaulted me

SANTA MONICA, California -- Sylvester Stallone is accused of sexual assault.

Exotic dancer Margie Carr filed a lawsuit in Superior Court on Wednesday. In it, she claimed that more than a year ago, on February 28, 2000, the actor assaulted her in an office at Santa Monica Bodybuilding Center, where they both work out.

The suit claims that Stallone ripped off her clothes and attempted to forcibly have sexual intercourse on a couch.

Stallone attorney Marty Singer said the suit is "very upsetting" to Stallone.

"My client completely denies the claim," Singer said. "It's unfortunate in America that anyone can make up claims and file a lawsuit."

Carr told the Globe supermarket tabloid in a story published January 2 that she had had a 10-year secret affair with the actor. She also said that she loved Stallone and wanted to marry him, and detailed a romantic rough sex session at the gym.

Stallone has starred in movies like the "Rocky" series and "Cop Land" (1997). He's married to Jennifer Flavin.
