(CNN) -- The guy who thought up PJ Squares lives in Sandwich, Illinois. He really does. Jeff Bogdan says he was always making peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches for his son.

One day he decided there has to be a better way. He opened up the fridge and spied packaged cheese slices. With a little ingenuity, he went on to create PJ Squares. You can eat them alone or slap a slice or two on bread. But what's wrong with the old-fashioned way?
