| Police arrest ex-husband in shooting death of pregnant womanLAYTON, Utah (CNN) -- A 38-year-old pregnant woman who had sought and received a court order protecting her from her ex-husband was shot and killed at the insurance office where she worked. Police later arrested her former husband. Susan C. Macguire of South Ogden was found shot "multiple times" at the Allstate insurance office in Layton Monday morning. Macguire -- and her fetus -- died at a local hospital, police stated in a news release. The ex-husband, Richard Martin Macguire, 47, turned himself in to police custody in nearby Riverdale. "During a subsequent interview, the suspect admitted to shooting Susan," the news release stated, adding that a protection order barring contact by the suspect with the victim at her office had been in place.
