Detroit high school shooting injures 3DETROIT, Michigan (CNN) -- Two students and a teacher were grazed by gunfire Friday at a Detroit high school Friday.
Police say the incident at Osborn High School on the city's east side may have been linked to an earlier bomb scare, which turned out to be a hoax. Police said they believe the shooter was a student, but no suspect had been caught. The shooting happened in a classroom being used as a band room, police said. It happened around three hours after the bomb scare that police theorized was an effort to get classes dismissed early for the week. The victims were grazed and not seriously wounded, police said. Though none immediately required hospital care, an ambulance left the school with lights flashing an hour after the shootings.
