WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission Monday announced the recall of several children's toys and a brand of skateboard safety helmets.

The toy recalls include a plastic tambourine set, a bath toy, a toy train and toy boat, and dollhouse bathroom furniture.

Helmets

World Industries Inc., of Huntington Beach, California, is voluntarily recalling the skateboard helmets because they failed to pass the government standard for bicycle helmets. There have been no reported injuries linked to the helmets.

The helmets, which come in black, blue and white, have cartoon characters painted on the side shooting fire from a gun. The labels on the helmet say "certified CPSC 16CFR1203, "Warning This Helmet Is Not For Motor Vehicle" and "Made in China." The words "World Industries" are on the chin strap, the back of the helmet and the inside padding. They were sold nationwide from October 2000 through May of this year for about $40.

Consumers should return the helmets to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers can call 888-338-4562 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PDT (11:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. EDT) Monday through Friday for information.

Toys

The voluntary recall of 110,000 children toys made by STK International of Los Angeles involves four toys sold from September 1999 through May of this year at dollar stores nationwide. The toys sold for about $1. They are:

-- The "Two-Piece Tambourine Set." It comprises two tambourines made of colorful plastic with three balls attached. Inside the balls are beads that make a rattle sound. If the balls break, the beads can present a choking hazard. The tambourine has a sticker with a female cartoon character and the number 985.

-- The "Bathtime Water Wheel" is a multicolored plastic toy with suction cups that can adhere to the bathtub. The wheel contains six small cups. Printed on the back of the wheel is "Made in China NO:368."

-- The "Funny Loco Wind-Up" is a multicolored train with a sticker of a pig. Printed on the back of the train are the words "Made in China NO:883".

-- The "Pull Back Duck in Boat" is a blue and white boat with a white duck on top. The toy also comes with a miniature fishing pole and a plastic lobster. The boat has colored stickers, a red windshield and a sticker that says, "My Baby Products" and "Pullback Ducks in Boat, Made in China."

The toys should be returned to STK for a full refund. STK International can be reached Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT (11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EDT) at 1-800-536-7855.

A risk of lead poisoning prompted the recall of 10,000 sets of dollhouse bathroom furniture sold exclusively at Target stores.

The "Little Tree" natural wood doll furniture is made by XL Machine Ltd. of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Each kit contains a tub, sink with mirror, toilet, shower, bench, towel rack and a wooden doll. The doll's legs and arms bend and her hair is made of yellow yarn. The fixtures on the furniture are painted with yellow lead paint.

There have been no reports of injury and the recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury.

The doll set packaging says "Little Tree," "Distributed by Target Corporation" and "Made in China." The sets were sold from August 2000 through June 2001 for about $15.

Consumers should return the doll furniture to a Target store for a full refund.
