GABORONE, Botswana (CNN) -- At the end of a three day summit on the AIDS epidemic, the United Nations resolved to work on cutting the rate of infection among young people by twenty-five percent in the next four years. Much of the attention will be focused on Africa, where seventy-five percent of those living with the virus can be found.

Topping the list of infected countries is the Southern African nation of Botswana. Former Miss Universe, Mpule Kwelagobe is a native of Botswana. As a U.N. goodwill ambassador, she visited the country recently and reports on her findings.

"If ever as young people we are to win this war against HIV/AIDS, it is going to come through more youth-friendly centers, more youth projects," says Mpule.
