Blast at UK oil refineryIMMINGHAM , England (CNN) -- An explosion rocked a northern England oil refinery, damaging roofs and breaking windows in the area nearby. Police said one person was reported to have minor injuries, but the Humberside Fire Brigade said the explosion at the U.S.-owned Conoco Oil was being treated as a major incident. The fire service said it had sent 10 pieces of equipment to the scene and police had sealed off roads around the liquefied gas and petroleum refining facility. Immingham is located across the river Humber from Hull in northeast England about 130 miles north of London. Police received a call which said an explosion had taken place at the refinery at 2.22 p.m. (1322 GMT). RELATED STORY:
