Ex-Spice Girl's home ransacked
LONDON, England -- Police are hunting a burglar who ransacked the home of former Spice Girl Halliwell. Halliwell, 28, discovered the break-in when she returned to her two-storey maisonette, in London's fashionable Notting Hill, after a weekend away. Now the singer has moved into a hotel because she is afraid of being alone, according to press reports. Halliwell, formerly known as Ginger Spice, had been in Belgium and Paris over the weekend visiting Robbie Williams, who was playing concerts there. She returned to her flat on Sunday. A spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Police said: "We are investigating a burglary in Notting Hill on March 18." RELATED STORY:
