Little Rock, Arkansas -- 1 subject, a respiration therapist who committed suicide

Los Angeles, California -- 3 subjects

New Orleans, Louisiana -- 1 subject

New York -- 1 subject, a landscaper

Norfolk, Virginia -- 3 subjects

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania --- 7 subjects, including a child photographer, guidance counselor and a member of the clergy

Phoenix, Arizona -- 1 subject, a correctional officers/camp counselor

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- 1 subject, a law enforcement personnel

St. Louis, Missouri -- 7 subjects, including a student, contractor/handyman, sales representative, self-employed/advertising, custodian/janitor at a hospital
