Indigenous Peoples Federal Army manifesto

The following is the manifesto of the Indigenous Peoples Federal Army.

"The unitary system has been a failure in our country. The bitterness and frustration expressed by Indigenous Peoples (IPs), Bangsamoro, and Filipinos and the resistance and defiance of some sectors, sometimes in the form of rebellion, do not show unity among the tri-people and can be indicative of a gradually forming social volcano."

"We demand three types of Federal States for the tri-people of the Philippines:

1. Tribal Federal States for Indigenous Peoples nationwide

2.Federal Islamic States for the Muslims nationwide

3.Federal States for the Christians nationwide"
